This is a highly popular "scenic secret route" among tourists and railway fans. Compared to walking along the bustling main roads from the front station, this route takes you through a well-designed, pedestrian-only walkway (the Roundhouse Walkway). It not only completely separates pedestrians from vehicles for a safe and comfortable walk, but also features rich railway-themed figurines and a cultural creative park. It is the most relaxing and photogenic choice for reaching the Changhua Roundhouse!
Changhua Railway Station

Upon arriving at Changhua Railway Station, please do not exit through the front main doors. Instead, directly find and walk up the "Cross-Station Overpass" inside the station, heading towards the Rear Station (Cixiu Road).Walk to the end of the overpass and exit the station through the rear exit (Cixiu Road).
Go up the overpass and follow the signs.

Immediately turn left after exiting the rear station. Walk straight along the back of the station for about 1 to 2 minutes, and you will see the clearly marked and well-planned entrance to the "Roundhouse Walkway" (also known as Shan Walkway).
Follow the road signs.

After entering the walkway, stroll along this exclusive green corridor that runs parallel to the train tracks. You will pass by the culturally vibrant "Huyu Locomotive Park." Along the way, there are many cute railway cat figurines and art installations, and you can also watch trains whizzing by up close. It's a perfect place to slow down your pace and take photos.
The road signs along the way are clear.

Keep walking straight to the end of the walkway, cross the pedestrian path above the Minsheng Underpass, and you will easily and safely arrive at the main entrance of the Changhua Roundhouse!
You will eventually reach the fan-shaped parking garage.
