"Taliwu" is actually the old Pingpu indigenous name for Dounan Township in Yunlin County. Just steps after exiting Dounan Train Station and walking straight to the left, you will see the "Taliwu Cultural Park," a place full of childlike wonder and artistic vibes. Originally a group of abandoned Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) warehouses, it has been revitalized and transformed by the county government and local teams into a highly distinctive new artistic highlight in southern Taiwan. Today, it serves as a must-visit secret base for railway enthusiasts and families during holidays.

The park cleverly divides the long and narrow cluster of railway warehouses into five exhibition pavilions with different themes, each full of surprises:
The entrance to the Taliwu Cultural Park is located next to the train station.

** Taliwu Glimmering Forest Picture Book Pavilion **
This is the most popular pavilion in the park! The spatial design is based on the concept of a "forest," using warm wooden floors and soft lighting to create a fairytale-like reading space. It houses a rich collection of children's picture books, making it not only a reading paradise for kids but also a place where adults can rediscover their innocent inner child.
The park's corridors are designed with a forest-like feel.

** Taliwu Comic Pavilion **
A place comic fans absolutely cannot miss! The pavilion collects a massive number of classic and modern comics from domestic and international artists, featuring a comfortable seating area for reading. You can also see wonderful creations by local Taiwanese comic artists on the walls. It's a cozy corner where you can completely relax and immerse yourself in the 2D world.
The interior is decorated in a comic book style.

** 68 Cinema **
This is a small, exquisite independent movie theater. It primarily screens Taiwanese films, documentaries, independent films, and family-friendly animated movies. It frequently hosts free film festivals and post-screening discussions, injecting rich cinematic and cultural resources into the Yunlin area.
** Taliwu Living Aesthetics Pavilion **
Focused on promoting Yunlin's local culture and artistic creations, this pavilion frequently exhibits works by local artists or hosts exhibitions on traditional crafts and cultural creative products. It is the best window for travelers to understand Yunlin's local aesthetics and artisan spirit.

Through interactive multimedia displays and educational games, this pavilion introduces the public to Yunlin's natural ecology, agricultural development, and concepts of environmental sustainability. It is highly suitable for school field trips or for parents bringing their children to learn about the land we grow up on.
The interior of the museum is quite beautiful.
