The Baishatun Mazu circumambulation has a history of a hundred years. It is the largest and longest walking tour among the Mazu pilgrimage circumambulation activities in Taiwan. It starts from Baishatun Gongtian Temple in Tongxiao Town, Miaoli County, and passes through Taichung City and Changhua City along the way.
